Next Gen Yahoo

Yahoo was debuting a whole new look for the homepage and wanted users to sign up for early access as it launched.

In order to entice users we teased the new sleek aesthetic and showed off the fun characters that would be used throughout. We leaned into the anticipation and styled the sign up page after a “waiting lobby” of sorts with fun animation + illustration to support.

We created several screens for different entry points / style of users – whether they were already a yahoo user, or also needed to create an account.

While my responsibility was the Art Direction + Design of the site, it was a truly collaborative process that let me work across teams such as development + product.
